1 Spaghetti Squash


Wash the spaghetti squash. On a cutting board cut the spaghetti squash into halves lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds.

If the spaghetti squash is too large, cut the halves into halves across.

Add a cup of water to the Instant Pot. Add the Instant Pot Trivet to the Instant Pot. Arrange the spaghetti squash pieces on the trivet.

Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Use the manual setting, and cook for 4 minutes. Use Natural Release, and open the Instant Pot once the pin drops.

Let the spaghetti squash cool for a few minutes. Carefully remove the spaghetti squash from the Instant Pot, and arrange on a plate. Once it is cool enough to handle, use a fork to scrape out the strands of squash out of the spaghetti squash.

For a delicious low carb dinner, serve with Instant Pot Lamb Meatballs in Tomato Sauce and The Best Low Carb Cucumber Tomato Salad.
