    Love chickpeas and buying tins does add up to a lot of money. I have bags of dried chickpeas that I was reluctant to use as they take so long boiling and steaming up the kitchen windows. Not too mention adding all that moisture into the house. Definitely going to try this recipe in my pressure cooker. Is the oil really necessary?
