But these chicken meatballs are made from ground chicken breast, which makes them even healthier than the ground beef meatballs. If you are looking to use more chicken breast in your diet, because it is healthier, but are out of recipes for it, this is a great recipe to use.

These chicken meatballs came out very flavorful and delicious. A lot of flavor comes from onions, oregano, and parsley. To make the meatballs, mix ground chicken breast with onions, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Then, make the meatballs and bake them.

Baking chicken meatballs instead of frying them, also makes the dish healthier. You can use this meatballs in the Italian Wedding Soup Recipe.

Ingredients for Chicken Meatballs

1.5 Pounds of Ground Chicken Breast
1 Small Onion
Handful of Parsley
A pinch of Dry Oregano
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

How To Make Chicken Meatballs

Peel, wash and chop the onion. Wash and chop the parsley. In a mixing bowl combine ground chicken breast, chopped onion, parsley, dry oregano, salt, black pepper. Mix the meat mixture until everything is combined. If the mixture is not moist enough add some water to it so that you can make meatballs.

Now make the chicken meatballs. The meatballs should be about the size of a large walnut. Arrange the chicken meatballs on a baking sheet.

Pre-heat the oven to 375F. Bake the chicken meatballs for 25-35 minutes, or until they are done.
