Ingredients for Greek Salad Dressing
2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
4 Tablespooons of Olive Oil
A pinch of Greek oregano
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt is optional in this recipe. I usually don’t add any, or add just a bit, as I am using this dressing for a Greek Salad, and it already contains salty feta cheese.
