Ingredients for Cabbage Salad
About Half Of A Small Cabbage
2 Golden Delicious Apples
Half Of A Small Onion
Half A Tablespoon Of Parsley
Juice Of One Lemon
Two Tablespoons Of Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Pepper
How To Make Cabbage Salad
Shred the cabbage. Put the cabbage in the salad bowl, add a bit of salt, mix, and let stand for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Core and chop the apples. Chop the onion and parsley. After 10 minutes, add apples, onions and parsley to cabbage. Dress with lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and mix to combine.
