Grape Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumber Salad Recipe
This is a very simple summer salad. I like using small grape tomatoes in salads, and this one is no exception. Apple cider vinegar makes the salad incredibly fresh tasting - all you can taste are the summer vegetables!

Salad Bowl
Ingredients for Grape Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumber Salad
1 pint of red grape tomatoes
2 small cucumbers

How To Make Grape Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumber Salad
Cut grape tomatoes in halves lengthwise. Peel and chop cucumbers. Peel and chop the onion. Chop the parsley.
In a salad bowl combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, parsley, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Toss the salad and add salt and pepper to taste.
