Grape Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumber Salad Recipe



Looking for an easy to make and delicious summer salad? The Grape Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumber Salad Recipe is a very simple summer salad. I like using small grape tomatoes in salads, and this one is no exception. Apple cider vinegar makes the salad incredibly fresh tasting - all you can taste are the summer vegetables!

Here is a very simple way for making this salad. Just cut the tomatoes lengthwise, then chop the cucumbers, onions and parsley. Combine the vegetables in a salad bowl, dress and mix. That’s it - you have a great summer salad now.

Ingredients for Grape Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumber Salad

1 pint of red grape tomatoes
2 small cucumbers
half of a small onion
1/2 tablespoon of parsley
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil

How To Make Grape Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumber Salad

Cut grape tomatoes in halves lengthwise. Peel and chop cucumbers. Peel and chop the onion. Chop the parsley.

In a salad bowl combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, parsley, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Toss the salad and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve the salad on dinnerware dishes.
