Easy Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe
Equipment
- Coffee Mug
- Microwave
- Oven Mitt
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips divided
- 2.5 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Whole Milk
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- ⅛ tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Put the butter and one tablespoon of chocolate chips in the coffee mug. Microwave for 45 seconds. Mix melted chocolate and butter together.
- Add sugar, milk and cocoa to the butter mixture, and mix.
- Add flour, baking powder and remaining chocolate chips, and mix again.
- Put the coffee mug in the microwave, and cover with the microwave cover. Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Use an oven mitt to remove the lid. Use an oven mitt to remove the coffee mug from the microwave. Let the microwave cake cook for 8-10 minutes before serving.Serve with Strawberry Salad With Cherries and Blueberries.
