1.5 pounds of ground beef
1 large onion
2 cup of cooked pinto beans
1 28-oz can of crushed tomatoes
3 Tablespoons of Canola Oil

Mexican Oregano
Chili Powder
Ground Cumin

Toppings – Optional

Raw onions
Cilantro
Avocado
Sour Cream
Cheese

How To Make Chili Recipes

Peel and chop the large onion.

Heat up the oil. Add the chopped onion, cook for a few minutes. Add the meat and brown it for 5-7 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, ground cumin and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and then simmer the chili until done.

For the toppings, chop the onions and cilantro. To serve chili, add some rice to a bowl. Add chili to the bowl and then add some toppings.
