Tomato, Dill and Cucumber Salad
Here is another great salad that is tasty and good for you! Dill is a great herb that makes the salad more flavorful and enjoyable. I like adding herbs to a salad - they provide a great flavor and they don’t have any fat.

Cutting Board
Salad Bowl

Ingredients for Tomato, Dill and Cucumber Salad
1 medium tomato
1 medium cucumber
half of a small onion
1/2 tablespoon of dill
1/2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
How To Make Tomato, Dill and Cucumber Salad
Peel and chop tomato, onion and cucumber on a cutting board. Chop dill on a on a cutting board.
In a salad bowl combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, dill, olive oil and vinegar. Toss the salad and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the salad on plates.






I do make something like this almost everyday when the garden starts producing. I love it with the red onions the best. I usually use basil but I will have to try the dill.
