Avocado And Tomato Salad

I love avocados! This is one of the reasons my online marketing coaching business is called Avocado Consulting.

One of my favorite things to make with avocados is guacamole. But when I get tired of guacamole I make this very simple avocado salad. All you need are just a few fresh ingredients, and you don’t need to use any oil - avocados are fatty enough.

Just like with many salads, this is one of my favorite easy recipes, as it takes just a bit of time to prepare. A couple of other easy recipes are cucumbers salad, watermelon feta salad.

Tools You Will Need

Knife
Cutting Board
Salad Bowl

Ingredients

2 medium avocados, peeled, pitted, cut into medium pieces
half of a small onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste

Make the Avocado Salad

Add avocados to the salad bowl, drizzle with lime juice.

Add the rest of ingredients and toss lightly. Be careful when tossing to preserve the integrity of the avocado slices. But even if the salad becomes mushy it won’t affect the taste. Enjoy!

Here is the picture of the salad:

I love your simplicity. I have a few specials but mostly run from everyday recipes with more than 3 or 4 ingredients or 10 mins prep. I have never had avocado so I will have to try this one if I can find one.
