Salt the chicken, and drench in flour. Shake off the excess flour.
Heat up 3 table spoons of Olive Oil in the Stainless Steel Skillet. Add the chicken and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes.
Turn the chicken, and continue cooking, until the chicken is done. Make sure to use the Meat Thermometer to ensure that the chicken is at least 165F. Take the chicken off the skillet, and put on a plate.
Add the last table spoon of Olive Oil to the Skillet. Add minced garlic, and cook for one minute. Add white wine and lemon juice, and scrape the skillet with the Skillet Turners to get all the crispy bits into the sauce. The bits and the flour remaining on the skillet will thicken up the sauce a bit.
Turk the skillet to simmer. Add butter and cream to the sauce.
