Ingredients for Quince And Apple Crisp Recipe

2 Quinces
4 large Apples
2 tablespoons of Sugar
1 tablespoons of Flour
a pinch of Cinnamon

For the topping:

3 tablespoons of Butter
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of pecans
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg

How To Make Quince And Apple Crisp

Peel, then core and chop apples. Peel, then core and chop quinces.

In a mixing bowl mix together quinces, apples, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour and a pinch of cinnamon. This is the filling for the quince and apple crisp.

Now make the topping. Chop butter into small pieces. Chop the pecans. In another mixing bowl combine the chopped butter, oats, 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/3 cup of chopped pecans, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg.

Put the quinces and apple filling mixture on the bottom of the 9×13 baking pan. Top with the topping.

Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Bake the Quince And Apple Crisp for 40-50 minutes, until done.

Serve warm, with ice cream.
