Ingredients for Beet Salad With Feta

2 medium Beets
1/4 of a Small Onion
0.25 pounds of Feta Cheese
A handful of Dill

1/2 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

How To Make Beet Salad With Feta

Wash the beets. Boil or roast the beets until done. For this salad I boiled them.

Cool the beets and once they are cool, peel them and cut them into small pieces.

Chop the onion and dill. Crumble Feta cheese

Arrange beets on a platter. Arrange onions and Feta cheese on top of beets. Sprinkle with dill.

Combine lemon and olive oil and add the dressing to the salad.

  1. Ya know I”m not much of a beet person, but I am coming around. And I think this would be a delicious way to make that final transition once and for all! Lovely recipes!!
