1 pound of cod fillets
Canola Oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Flour tortillas

How To Make Fish Tacos With Cole Slaw

Make cole slaw, using the Cole Slaw Recipe.

Line the broiler pan with foil.

Brush the cod fillets with canola oil. Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper. Place the fillets on the broiler pan and broil for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is done.

After the fish is done, let it rest for a few minutes.

Make fish tacos. To make a fish taco, put a tortilla on a plate, put some fish on top of the tortilla. Top the fish with cole slaw.
