Instructions
Cut the kernels of the cobs.
Remove the dill and cilantro leaves from the stems, and discard the stems. Wash and
chop dill and cilantro
. Peel, wash and
chop red onion
.
Wash the lime and cut into halves.
Juice the lime, using the lime juicer
.
In a salad bowl, combine corn, dill, cilantro and red onion. Dress with one teaspoon of lime juice. Try the salad, and add more lime juice, if needed.
