Wash the Brussels Sprouts, and remove a few outer leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts into halves, using the cutting board and a kitchen knife.Chop the pecans on the cutting board.
Put the Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl. Add salt and oil, and mix.Preheat the oven to 375F. Add the Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet, and roast for 15 minutes.
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven, use a spatula to turn them, and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
