Wash acorn squash. Cut acorn squash into two halves lengthwise. Scoop out all the seeds using a spoon.Add a cup of water to theInstant Pot. Put the Instant Pot Trivet on the bottom of the Instant Pot. Arrange acorn squash halves on the trivet. Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Use the manual setting, and cook for 4 minutes. Use Natural Release, and open the Instant Pot once the pin drops. The acorn squash will be very hot, so let it cool for a few minutes. Carefully remove the acorn squash from the Instant Pot, and arrange the acorn squash halves on a plate.
Once the acorn squash and stuffing are cooked, cool them for a few minutes and add the stuffing into each acorn squash half. Serve using your Thanksgiving dinnerware!
