Wash grape tomatoes and parsley. Wash and peel the cucumbers. Peel and wash the onion. Wash parsley.

cutting board
cut grape tomatoes in halves lengthwise. Peel and chop cucumbers. Peel and chop the onion. Chop the parsley.

salad bowl
combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, parsley, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Toss the salad and add salt and black pepper to taste.
