Grate cheddar cheese. On a cutting board chop ham and spinach into small pieces.Spray the Silicone Egg Bites Mold with the cooking spray. Add a few pieces of ham and a bit of spinach to each mold.Add eggs, ricotta, about 1/3 cup of grated cheddar cheese and a small pinch of salt to the blender and blend. Fill the molds with the egg mixture, so that they are about 85-90% full.
Add a cup of water to the Instant Pot. Add the Instant Pot Trivet to the Instant Pot. Put the Egg Bites Mold on the trivet, and loosely cover with foil.Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Use the manual setting, and cook for 9 minutes. Use Natural Release, and wait for the valve to drop.
