Toast the bread. While the bread is toasting, wash the cucumber and basil. Remove the basil leaves from the stem. Slice the cucumber on the cutting board.
Wash the avocado. Cut into halves, remove the pit, and use a spoon to remove the flesh. Put it in the small mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Spread half of avocado mix on each toast, top with smoked salmon, cucumber, basil and serve.
