For fresh wings, cut off wing tips, and cut the wings into two parts, the wing and the drumette. For frozen wings, make sure the wings are not all together, and are separated.Add one cup of water to the Instant Pot. Put the Instant Pot Trivet into the Instant Pot, and put the steamer basket on top of it. Put the wings in the steamer basket.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, use the manual setting, and cook for 10 minutes for fresh wings, and 15 minutes for frozen wings. Use Natural Release, and wait for the valve to drop.
