I have posted a spinach salad recipe before, but not about sauteed spinach. Spinach is delicious both when eaten raw, in a salad, and when it is sauteed.

The beauty of this recipe is that it has very few ingredients – a bit of olive oil, butter, spinach and dry cranberries. This spinach is sauteed in oil and butter, then you add cranberries that plump while they cook. The combination of green spinach and softened cranberries is fabulous!
