Here is a fabulous looking and tasting salad dressing – the Green Goddess Salad Dressing. Usually it is made with mayo, but I was looking for a lighter dressing, and replaced the mayo with Greek yogurt. The result is a delicious, flavorful dressing that tastes great in a salad.

To make the dressing, combine yogurt with anchovy paste and red wine vinegar, add chopped scallions, parsley and dill and blend the dressing together. Then try it, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and blend a bit more. Use this dressing on a simple salad, such as tomato salad with mixed greens and onions.

 

Pasta With Brussels Sprouts, Pancetta, Parmesan Cheese

Here is a simple and delicious pasta recipe. I have been looking for a recipe for Brussels Sprouts that does not require roasting them. I like roasted Brussels Sprouts, but wanted to try cooking them without roasting.

This recipe is great – the combination of pasta, Brussels Sprouts, pancetta and Parmesan cheese is delicious and simple to make.

 

Avocado And Radish Salad Recipe With Dill

Here is a simple salad with just a few ingredients, that is simple to make and that tastes great. In this salad, the combination of buttery avocados and crunchy radishes create a great salad.

To make the salad, cut avocados and radishes into small pieces. To dress the salad, sprinkle the salad with lime juice and garnish with dill. That’s it. Simple and delicious.
