Onion Recipes: Lightly Marinated Red Onions with Dill

I always try to share easy recipes, after all, the blog is called Easy Recipes. Here is a recipe that is extremely easy and has just three ingredients, red onion, dill, and red wine vinegar.

The lightly marinated red onions are very fresh tasting and are a great accompaniment to a lot of different dishes. A burger, chicken sandwich, steak sandwich or fried eggplant will benefit greatly when you top them with some of these red onions.

Ingredients For Lightly Marinated Onions with Dill

One medium Red Onion
A Tablespoon of Dill
A Tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar

How To Make Lightly Marinated Onions with Dill

Chop the onion on a cutting board. Make sure to cut it so that you create long and thin onions pieces.

Chop the dill on a cutting board.

Combine the onion, dill and vinegar. Mix and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Use as a topping for burgers, chicken sandwiches and fried eggplants.
