Mashed Potatoes

Here is one of those simple recipes that you can make differently every time by changing a few ingredients. Mashed potatoes are great, and here is one of the simplest and tastiest recipes!

I have always peeled potatoes to make mashed potatoes, until one day I decided to try making mashed potatoes out of unpeeled red potatoes. The result? These were great – very potato-y, and delicious. And, at the same time, less work – you don’t even need to peel them to make them!

Just boil the red potatoes and then mash them with some butter and half-n-half. Tasty and very easy to make.

Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

3 pounds of small, young Red Potatoes
2 Tablespoons / 1 oz of Butter
1/4 cup / 2 oz of Half n Half
Dill

Tools You Need To Make Mashed Potatoes

Cutting Board
Knife
Colander
Potato Masher

How To Make Mashed Potatoes

Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into equal pieces. Boil potatoes until they are done. Drain.

Chop the dill.

Mash the potatoes with butter and half n half. Sprinkle with dill.
