This is a great salad dressing and you can create many variations on this by varying herbs and spices. The salad dressing that I made is with garlic and basil, but there are tons of flavor combinations that will work as well.

Garlic Press
Salad Bowl

Buttermilk Salad Dressing Ingredients

1/3 cup of Buttermilk
1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
1-2 Medium Garlic Cloves
6 Large Basil Leaves
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Salad Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce
4 Medium Tomatoes
Half of a Small Onion

How To Make Buttermilk Salad Dressing

Peel garlic. Put garlic through the garlic press. Wash basil leaves. Chop the basil finely on a cutting board. Combine garlic, basil, buttermilk and sour cream to make the buttermilk salad dressing.

How To Make Salad With Buttermilk Salad Dressing

Wash romaine lettuce and tomatoes. Peel and wash the onion.

Chop romaine lettuce, tomatoes and onion. In a salad bowl, combine romaine lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Add the salad dressing and mix to combine.
