Ingredients for Brussel Sprout Recipes With Bacon

1 Pound of Brussels Sprouts
5-6 Strips of Bacon
Salt
Pepper

How To Make Brussel Sprout Recipes With Bacon

Wash and clean Brussels sprouts. Cut the small and medium Brussel sprouts into halves and the large ones into quarters.

Chop the bacon and cook it on a skillet until it is done. Remove the bacon from the skillet to a plate. Add Brussels sprouts to the bacon grease. Cook for a few minutes, then turn them over and cook for a few minutes on the other side.

Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Arrange the Brussels sprouts on a cooking sheet and roast in the over for 15-20 minutes, until they are done.

When the Brussels sprouts are ready, cool them and sprinkle the bacon pieces on top of the Brussels sprouts.

  1. LOVE. I do not like brussels sprouts, but with bacon ANYTHING is delicious. I love the combo of sauteeing and then baking – when my cousin makes her Bacon Brussel Sprouts she does it all on the stovetop, adding chicken stock and slivered almonds. Also very good – but I can imagine I would like them bacon-roasted so much more!
