Watermelon Feta Salad

This is an unusual watermelon salad recipe. Until now, the only salad I made with watermelon was watermelon fruit salad, and it was a dessert salad. This watermelon feta salad is definitely savory, and is not a dessert.

The combination of watermelon, feta, onions, olive oil and freshly ground pepper is great. Different flavors and textures are great in this salad.

You do not mix this salad - just put it together on a plate and serve! Since feta is salty, you will not need any salt in this salad.

The salad also looks great - red watermelon with white feta - and it will look great on your table!

I love the idea of the sweet and salty mixing together, especially if it’s not too salty a watermelon (and if it has few seeds). I’d even suggest white pepper instead of black pepper. (Yes, I know, Biana, I’m no cook. I’m I’m quite the seasoned seasoner!)
