To make this easy bok choy stir fry, all you need is bok choy, a few Red Pepper Flakes and some oil for frying. You can skip adding the pepper flakes altogether, and the dish is still going to be delicious.

It is very easy to make the Bok Choy Stir Fry. To make the stir fry, first wash and chop the bok choy. Make sure to separate the stems from the leaves as you are chopping them. The stems are tougher than the green leaves, so you will need to cook the stems slightly longer than the leaves.

To stir fry bok choy, first heat up the oil, then add the red pepper flakes and cook for a few seconds. Then, add the stems, since they need to cook longer, and cook them for a few minutes. Then, add the green leaves, and cook until they are done. Serve Stir Fried Bok Choy with rice and stir fried chicken or beef.

Separate the bok choy head into individual leaves. Wash the bok choy. Chop the bok choy on a cutting board, separating the stems from the leaves. The stems are more tough than the leaves, so you should cook the stems a few minutes longer.

Heat up the oil in a saute pan. Add red pepper flakes and cook for a few seconds. Add chopped bok choy stems, and cook for a few minutes. Add the bok choy leaves and cook for a few more minutes, until the leaves are wilted wilting. Serve stir fried bok choy with rice and a beef stir fry.
