Add eggs and cheese to cauliflower rice, and mix well.
Heat up oil in the saute pan. Once the oil is hot, spoon the cauliflower batter into the skillet. You will need about a tablespoon of batter for each cauliflower fritter. Let them cook for a few minutes on one side, then flip them, and cook for a few minutes on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Wash and chop dill, and sprinkle it on top of the cauliflower fritters.
