Add rice, water and oil to the Instant Pot. Put the lid on the Instant Pot. Use the manual setting, and cook for 4 minutes. Use Natural Release, and wait for the valve to drop.
Once the valve drops, turn off the Instant Pot. Take off the lid, fluff the rice with a fork, and cover the rice with the lid again for rice to steam for a few minutes.
Wash the dill. Chop the dill on the cutting board. Add dill to cooked rice, mix and serve.
