Ingredients
- 1 Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- ⅓ cup Canola Oil
- ½ cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.Add Red Velvet cake mix, eggs and canola oil to the mixing bowl and mix the ingredients together. Add white chocolate chips and mix them into the red velvet cookie batter.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Use ice cream scoop to scoop out even red velvet cake cookies, and put them on the lined cookie sheet.
- Bake the cake mix red velvet cookies for 11-14 minutes. Once they are done, cool them and serve them with Air Fryer Chicken Breast, Instant Pot Potato Salad and Strawberry Salad with Cherries.
Notes
- You can make other desserts using cake mixes, such as Halloween Cake Balls, Halloween Cookies, or Caramel Apple Poke Cake
- You can skip white chocolate chips and make plain red velvet cookies instead.
