This easy cranberry mocktail is super flavorful! With the flavors of cranberries, pears, cinnamon and star anise, this is the best healthy non alcoholic cocktail ever. And it all comes together in the Instant Pot in just 5 minutes.

Wash pears and cranberries. Cut each pear into quarters on a cutting board and remove the core.
Add cranberries, pears, cinnamon sticks and star anise to the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. Add water to the Instant Pot.Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Use the manual setting, and cook for 5 minutes. Use Natural Release, and wait for the valve to drop.
After the Instant Pot valve drops, carefully open the lid. Let your mocktaili cool for about 50 minutes. Once the water is cool, use the strainer to strain it. Serve in a glass with ice and a bit of regular water or sparkling water, if desired.Serve with dinner of Porterhouse Steak, Cauliflower Fritters, and Strawberry Salad with Cherries.
