This easy apple poke cake is full of your favorite fall flavors! With each bite being chock full of apples, fall spices, cinnamon and caramel, this is going to become your favorite apple cake!
Pre heat the oven to 350F. Chop apples slices in the Apple Pie Filling.
Combine the White Cake Mix with other ingredients on the box to make a cake. Add about ¼ cup less of water than the box requires, since you will be adding the apple pie filling.
Add apple slices and the rest of the apple pie filling to the cake batter and mix. Pour cake batter into a buttered Baking Pan and bake for about 30 minutes, until the cake is done.
Once the cake cools for 10 minutes, make holes with either a back of a spoon or a straw. Warm Dulce de Leche and pour it over the cake. Make sure to spread it all over, to make sure it covers the surface of the cake.
Cover the cake, and cool completely in the fridge. Now spread whipped topping all over the cake, and sprinkle chopped pecans on top. If you reserved a bit of Dulce de Leche, add it on top as well. Refrigerate the cake overnight. Serve for dessert with Whipped Coffee, after dinner of Golden Beets Salad, Garlic Butter Chicken, Instant Pot Rice.
