This easy Instant Pot Beef Brisket is melt-in-your-mouth tender and delicious. Made with just 4 ingredients, this is going to become your go-to recipe for the most amazing Instapot brisket.
Peel and wash the onions. Chop the onion.Trim the fat on the beef brisket, and salt both sides of the beef brisket.
Set the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker to saute. Add oil to the Insta pot.
Once the oil is hot, add the onions, and saute for a few minutes. Mix 1.5 cups of water and crushed tomatoes. Turn off the Instant Pot. Add the brisket and the crushed tomatoes mix.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Use the manual setting, and cook for 75-90 minutes, depending on how soft you want your beef brisket to be. Use Natural Release, and wait for the valve to drop.
Once the valve drops, carefully open the lid. Remove the brisket, put it on a clean cutting board, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Cut the beef brisket against the grain, and serve with Low Carb Cauliflower Fritters and Garlic and Broccoli Rabe.
