In a mixing bowl combine turnips, olive oil, salt and coriander. Mix everything together, and ensure that oil coats the turnips. Pour the turnips on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 400F. Put the baking sheet with the turnips into the oven, and roast for 12 minutes. Turn them, and roast for about 10 more minutes, or until they are done.
