These easy chocolate covered pretzels take just a few minutes to make. Perfect dessert for Memorial Day, Fourth of July and any other summer party. Here is how to make them.

Cut butter into small pieces. Place butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. To melt in the microwave, cook on high for 1 minute. If the butter and chips haven't melted completely, continue melting for 15 seconds at a time, then mix the mixture together. You will want to stop at a point where they are not 100% melted, as once you mix them, they will continue melting.
Dip the pretzels one at time into the chocolate mixture, using a fork. Turn the pretzel in chocolate mixture, so that both sides are covered with chocolate.
Line the large plate with parchment paper. Take the pretzel out, put on parchment paper, and sprinkle with a few Red, White and Blue Star Sprinkles.Use the same process for the rest of the pretzels.
