If your rack of pork spare ribs has a membrane, remove the membrane.Season the spare ribs with salt.Add a cup and a half of water to the Instant Pot. Inside, arrange the rack of ribs horizontally.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, use the manual setting, and cook for 22 minutes. Use Natural Release, and wait for the valve to drop. Once the valve drops, carefully open the lid and remove the ribs from the Instant Pot. Place the ribs on a cutting board to cool.
Once the ribs are cool, cut the rack of ribs into single ribs. Use a basting brush to spread Chinese BBQ Sauce all over the ribs.Preheat the broiler. Cover your broiler pan with foil. Arrange the ribs on the broiler pan.Broil the ribs on one side for 3-5 minutes, until they are caramelized. Turn the ribs, and broil them on the other side for 3-5 minutes more.Serve with Instant Pot Potato Salad and Cucumber Tomato Salad with Cauliflower.
