Wedge Salad
You will find an iceberg wedge salad on menus in many different steakhouses, but it is very easy to make on your own. In fact, this is one of the easier salads to make. The salad is usually blue cheese wedge salad, meaning that the dressing has blue cheese.
The dressing is very tasty, and easy to make. It has just a few ingredients, and all you have to do is mix them together. In this recipe I am adding dill to the dressing and then sprinkle a bit of dill on top of the lettuce as well.
Ingredients For Wedge Salad:
One iceberg lettuce
1/3 cup of sour cream
0.3 pounds of blue cheese
a handful of dill
pepper
How To Make Wedge Salad:
Wash the iceberg lettuce, dry it and cut into four wedges.
Make the dressing - mix together sour cream, blue cheese, and dill (leave a bit of dill to sprinkle on top of the wedges). Put the iceberg lettuce wedges on a plate. Top the iceberg lettuce wedges with dressing, sprinkle a bit of dill on top and serve.
