Tomato Salad With Onions and Blue Cheese

This salad is extremely simple - it has just a few ingredients, but it is delicious. When you combine simple ingredients that have very different properties - juicy tomatoes, crunchy onions and sharp blue cheese, you get an incredible salad with different textures and flavors.

It is going to take you a few minutes to make this salad, and you will be surprised at how simple and, at the same time, sophisticated it is.

You can serve this salad with Parsley and Basil Pesto With Pasta, this will make a great dinner. You can add a bit of sophistication with this salad to the rustic Lazy Cabbage Rolls, or you can serve it with Chicken Piccata.

Ingredients For Tomato Salad With Onions and Blue Cheese

7-10 Campari Tomatoes
1/4 of a small Red Onion
0.2 pounds of Blue Cheese

1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

How To Make Tomato Salad With Onions and Blue Cheese

Cut the tomatoes in quarters. Chop the onion. Crumble the blue cheese.

Arrange tomatoes and onions on a plate, add crumbled blue cheese and olive oil.
