Here is another great spinach recipe. In the past, I posted Ricotta and Spinach Recipe, Strawberry Spinach Salad and Spanakopita Recipe. Here is another great recipe with spinach – and it’s very easy to make, too.

This spinach salad recipe uses spinach, red onions and peaches for a light, very colorful and very tasty salad. The dressing is also very simple – apple cider vinegar, olive oil and coriander seeds. Coriander is actually cilantro – the greens are called cilantro, and the seeds are called coriander. Ground coriander seeds add a lot of flavor to the spinach salad dressing.
