    Chop the pecans on the cutting board.
  • Put the Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl. Add salt and oil, and mix.
    Preheat the oven to 375F. Add the Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet, and roast for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven, use a spatula to turn them, and return to the oven for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, take them out, add the pecans, and return back to the oven for another 10 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy on the outside, and cooked on the inside.
