Boiled red potatoes are also pretty easy to make. And if you are like me, and don’t like peeling potatoes, I have great news for you! You don’t even need to peel potatoes to make boiled potatoes, how easy is that?

This is really a basic recipe, and you can create many variations based on it. You can use parsley instead of dill, for example.

Ingredients You Need To Make Boiled Red Potatoes With Butter and Dill:

3 Pounds Of Red Potatoes
A handful of Dill
2 Tablespoons of Butter

How To Make Boiled Red Potatoes With Skin On

Wash the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into equal pieces. Boil potatoes until they are done. Drain.

Chop the dill on a cutting board.

Mix potatoes, butter and dill and serve.
