2 cans of 14 oz cans of Artichoke Hearts
1/2 Cup Of Grated Parmesan Cheese, Plus More Parmesan Cheese For Serving
A handful of Parsley
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup Of Olive Oil
Salt
Fresh Black Pepper

1 Pound of short cut dry pasta, such as Fusilli

Rinse and dry artichoke hearts.

Wash parsley and chop it on a cutting board.

Peel garlic cloves.

In a blender or food processor, combine artichokes, parsley, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Process until the Artichoke Pesto Sauce is smooth.

Cook pasta to al dente in a pasta pot. Drain pasta.
