Cutting Board
Dinnerware
Soup Pot

Ingredients For Pea Soup With Ham:

1 Large Onion
2 Medium Carrots
2 Stalks of Celery
0.5 Pounds of Ham
2-3 Medium Potatoes
1 Pound Of Split Peas
2 Tablespoons of Dill

2 tablespoons of canola or vegetable oil
Water

Pea Soup With Ham Recipe:

Wash and peel onions, carrots and celery. Dice onions, carrots, celery and ham.

Heat up the oil in the soup pot. Add carrots, celery and onions and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add ham to the vegetable and continue sauteing for 5-8 minutes.

Add peas and enough water to cover everything, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 50-60 minutes.

Wash, peel and chop the potatoes. Chop dill. Add the potatoes and half the dill to the soup, and cook until done.

Add the remaining dill to the soup.
