Ingredients for Black Beans With Onions and Red Peppers

1 15 oz can of Black Beans
1/2 of a small onion
1/2 of a large Red Pepper
2 Scallions
a pinch of Dry Oregano
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

How To Make Black Beans With Onions and Red Peppers

Rinse the black beans.

Chop the onions, red peppers and scallions.

Heat up the oil in the saute pan. Add onions and red peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the become soft. Add dry oregano and black beans and cook a few minutes, until they are warm.

Garnish with chopped scallions and serve.
