A few handfuls of Mesclun Greens
2 oz of Goat Cheese
A few handfuls of Dry Cranberries
A few handfuls of Pecans

1 Tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar or Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

How To Make Greens With Goat Cheese, Cranberries and Pecans

Wash the mesclun greens and dry them well.

Toast the pecans. Coll the pecans and chop them into smaller pieces.

Crumble goat cheese.

Assemble the salad in a salad bowl. Add mesclun greens to the salad bowl. Add cranberries and pecans. Add red wine vinegar or lemon juice. Gently toss the salad with a salad spoon. Add goat cheese on top.
