Greek Salad Recipe
I have been going to Greek restaurants for a very long time and have always enjoyed the Greek salad. Olives, feta, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions together provide a fabulous combination of textures and flavors.
The key to the Greek salad is definitely the Greek Salad Dressing - a combination of dry oregano, red wine vinegar and olive oil. The dressing is simple, but it brings together all the ingredients extremely well.

Tools You Will Need To Make Greek Salad
Knife
Cutting Board
Salad Bowl
Ingredients for Greek Salad
2 Medium Tomatoes
2 Small Cucumbers
1/2 of a Small Onion
3 oz of Feta Cheese
5-8 Kalamata Olives
Parsley
Dill
You will also need to make Greek Salad Dressing
Greek Salad Recipe
Chop tomatoes. Pill and chop cucumbers. Chop the onion. Crumble feta.
If your calamata olives have pits, then pit them and chop. If they don’t have pits, just chop them.
Chop dill and parsley.
In a salad bowl combine tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, olives, feta, parsley and dill. Pour the Greek Salad Dressing over them and toss gently to combine.
Enjoy!

Love the salad picture! I want to make greek pasta salad, and am looking for ingredients and dressing.
Do you think if I just add pasta to this salad it will work? Also, what type of pasta should I use?
Thanks!
Hi, thank you for complimenting the picture!
Yes, adding pasta to the salad should work. I would also make more dressing, and add more herbs, as you will to flavor the pasta as well.
I would use any short cut pasta - macaroni, penne, etc.
