Greek Salad Recipe
I like cheese in salads, so I often make some kind of variation of Greek salad, because, well, I can put feta into it
So here is another Greek salad recipe. This one is different from the Greek salad I posted in the past. This one has red peppers, does not have olives and the dressing is slightly different as well. My go-to dressing for Greek salad has red wine vinegar. The dressing for this salad is made with lemon juice, the dressing is great with lemon juice as well.

I make this salad all the time. I lived in Germany for awhile and the deli sold a version of this. I also add very thinly sliced green peppers sometimes.
Julie, green peppers are a great idea! I add them sometimes too.
