Ingredients for Salad With Goat Cheese and Marinated Onions

1/2 Of A Small White Onion
A Bunch of Mesclun Greens
3-4 oz of Goat Cheese

1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

How To Make Goat Cheese and Marinated Onions Salad

Peel and wash the onions. Wash and dry mesclun greens.

Slice the onion on a cutting board as thin as possible. Add onion and balsamic vinegar to the salad bowl and mix. Let the onion marinate for 10-15 minutes. Doing this will give onion a very delicious flavor.

Add mesclun greens to the onions in the salad bowl. Add olive oil and carefully mix onions, greens and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix. Crumble the goat cheese on top.
